  • Where's my order? You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships (usually 1–2 business days). Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
  • Damaged or wrong item? Email us with your order number and a photo — we'll send a replacement or refund.
  • Returns: Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we'll guide you through it.
