What are SHADUO squishies made of?

Our squishies are made from premium slow-rising polyurethane (PU) foam, TPR gel, and food-grade silicone depending on the series. Clear Series uses a crystal-jelly TPR for that glossy, transparent look; Wonder Village uses a soft whipped-cream silicone for an extra-smooth touch. All materials are non-toxic and pass US toy safety standards.

Do they have a scent?

Many of our squishies come lightly scented (strawberry, milk, vanilla, fruity notes) to match their design. The scent is mild and fades gradually with play. If you prefer unscented, check the product description — we mark scented items clearly.

What sizes are available?

Most of our squishies range from about 2.5" (palm-size minis) to 6"+ (jumbo display pieces). Exact dimensions are listed on each product page so you know exactly what you're getting.

What ages are they for?

Our squishies are designed for ages 3 and up. All products are tagged "Ages 3+". As with any toy, adult supervision is recommended for toddlers, and squishies are not edible — please don't let little ones chew or bite them.

How does the texture feel? Do they rise back?

Yes — they're slow-rising! Give one a good squeeze and watch it puff back over a few seconds. Textures vary by series: pillowy soft (Butter Bakery), glossy jelly (Clear Series), whipped-cream smooth (Wonder Village), and water-like crystal (Touch Me Series).

How do I take care of my squishy?

Keep them away from sharp objects, heat, and direct sunlight for long periods. If one gets dusty, wipe gently with a dry or slightly damp cloth and let it air dry — don't soak or machine-wash them. With normal play, the slow-rising effect lasts a long time.

Are they safe for kids?

Our squishies are made with non-toxic materials and meet US toy safety standards. They are toys for squeezing and sensory play — not food, not teething toys. Please keep them away from children under 3 unless the product page specifically notes otherwise.

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days from our California warehouse. US delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

What if my squishy arrives damaged or I want to return it?

Email us at manager@loviesha.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right — replacement or refund. Unused squishies in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
